God, I know your plans are amazing,
Better than what I have in mind.
Yet day by day my life is normal.
Disappointed again.

God, you promised me all your power,
More than in my wildest dreams.
Yet I keep having the same struggles.
Disappointed again.

God, you said my prayers would move mountains.
I could see your kingdom come.
Yet as I watch I see no difference.
Disappointed again.

God, I know at times you are waiting,
And sometimes I can't see your work.
But now I feel you might be moving.
